Quality assurance since 1961
Our Quality Department is able to carry out any type of test or measurement, with digital and computerised systems, according to international quality standards and directives.
Through the use of advanced software for forming simulation, we can perform preliminary analyses on the final thickness of the dished heads. The tests are carried out to customer's specifications, with particular focus on:
Dimensions and tolerances
Mechanical performance of the parts
Thickness
Surface finishes and surface tension (degree of cleanliness)
At the end of the cycle a dimensional and structural analysis is performed to ensure that values match the initial parameters and, on request, the CP-CPK values are checked to obtain free-pass supply approval.
All our products comply with the requirements of the EU Regulation 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and the requirements and exemptions established by the RoHS3 (heavy metals) directive.
Finally, following the directives of the Conflict Mineral Regulation and the Dodd-Frank Act “Conflict Minerals”, we are committed, on the basis of the disclaimers received from our raw material suppliers, to not using metals originating from or melted in conflict areas.
Certifications
Since 2007 we have been certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, the standard that specifies System management requirements. We are able to guarantee full monitoring and traceability of the production process: from raw material ordering all the way to after-sales service.
