We can carry out any type of mechanically flanging on dished heads, by turning down the edge of the metal sheet.

Perfect fixing of the flanges to the dished head is ensured by careful checks during the production phase and at cycle end.

Weld-free flanging by mechanical crimping prevents the formation of rust, extending the life of the products. The operation, entirely performed automatically, allows finished products to be obtained ready for use, with considerable savings in terms of costs and processing times.

Two models are available with 5 and 8 holes – substantially different in size and shape. Customised machining can also be carried out on request.

Flanges and covers can be made from:

• carbon steel
• galvanized steel

and in various diameters and types.

Of particular interest are the inspection flanges – designed to allow checking the inside of a tank/boiler.
