Among the different processes that we can perform, drilling of central and side holes is of particular interest, as are flared holes.
Holes can be drilled after machining end or by reworking through the use of special dies or high definition plasma or laser cutting machines.
While central holes can generally always be drilled, for side holes, a preliminary feasibility check is required.
Another strong point of our process is the resulting flat surface – which facilitates subsequent welding: the pipe is welded on to a flat area, avoiding both weld pool dripping and having to use robots or human operators to hold the part.
